Look beyond the classroom.
Systems thinking for honest conversations about education.
A classroom doesn’t exist in isolation. The structures, expectations, relationships, and decisions around it all influence what happens inside it.
Looking at those connections helps us ask better questions about the state of education—and about what could change.

See the connections, not just the symptoms.
Systems-thinking models offer a way to examine how different parts of education interact. Rather than looking for a single cause, we can explore patterns, feedback, and the effects of decisions over time.
- What relationships are shaping the problem?
- Which patterns keep repeating?
- How might a change in one area affect another?
- Whose perspective is missing from the conversation?
These are starting points for inquiry, not a one-size-fits-all answer.
More models. More questions.
A podcast is part of the longer-term vision.
I hope to start a podcast examining different educational models: how they approach learning, what they prioritize, and the questions they raise for educators.
It’s a future intention, not a launched series. In the meantime, you can follow my work on YouTube.
